Job Description
  • Contact clients via telephone to follow up on overdue payments and resolve outstanding debts.

  • Provide clear and professional communication to customers while maintaining company standards.

  • Accurately update and maintain records of interactions and payment status.

  • Coordinate with the recovery team to ensure targets are achieved.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Passed G.C.E (O/L) and Advance Level Examination.

  • Age between 18 to 35 years.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good typing speed and accuracy.

  • Prior experience in tele calling/recovery will be an added advantage.
