His distinguished career includes roles at Eagle Insurance, Vanik Insurance Brokers, and Arpico Finance, before establishing JFCM and later John Ford Recoveries International (Pvt) Ltd, which now serves both local and overseas clients.

Supporting him is General Manager Mr. Chris Yoheswaran, a seasoned leader with 23 years of experience across sales, marketing, operations, and service delivery. With a strong background in hospitality, banking, and telecommunications—including senior roles at John Keells, HSBC, and Airtel—he has proven success in building high-performing teams and driving growth in complex industries.
