Job Description
Lead recovery operations and handle high-value overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayment solutions with clients in a professional and ethical manner.
Supervise and guide junior recovery officers and telecallers.
Prepare progress reports and assist management with strategic recovery planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in debt recovery/collections.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
High proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to manage a portfolio of complex cases independently.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in banking/finance/telecom collections will be a strong advantage.
