Job Description
  • Make outbound calls to debtors for follow-up on overdue payments and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding accounts.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and update the system promptly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical recovery practices.
  • Identify difficult cases and escalate them to senior recovery officers when necessary.
  • Work closely with the recovery team to maximize collections and minimize bad debts.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Passed G.C.E (O/L) and Advance Level Examination.

  • Age between 18 to 35 years.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or BPO (experience in finance/banking/telecom collections is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a clear and confident voice.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult conversations professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
